I bought a box at Costco a year ago and my family loved it so much I went back and bought 3 more boxes. With the year expiration I stocked up on the mix and make them through out the year. They are so good served warm. Love that it has everything you need to make the cookies. Just have to add the butter egg and water.By far the best tasting gingerbread cookie you can make at home. Just the right balance of sweetness and flavor. Try them you will love them.
